We aim to address the challenge of high prices for hydrogen produced through environmentally friendly methods. Leveraging the characteristics of termites, we propose a hydrogen production method. Termites are known to generate hydrogen from the microorganisms in their guts during the decomposition of wood. By combining termite farming techniques with hydrogen production efficiency enhancement technologies, we strive to realize this unique capability. Through this initiative, we contribute to the 'full-fledged arrival of a hydrogen society,' 'improvement of energy self-sufficiency,' and 'revitalization of Japan's forestry industry.
